Department of Homeland Security Headquarters (Los Angeles, U.S.A., 2005)
Design as fiction calls for the suspension of disbelief. The limits of disbelief are pushed in a proposal for the Department of Homeland Security headquarters which takes an alien form, seemingly gravity-defying, supporting itself through a parasitic relation with its neighbors.
