100 Artists’ Dwellings (Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico, 2003)
The brief called for 100 artists studios to help reactivate downtown by offering new housing. Our proposal eschewed building code height restrictions and historic preservation guidelines in favor of a bold, super tall and skinny building which anticipated contemporary emerging building types.
